His name is Jhon Smith and hes 36 yers old. Q1. How did you get to work at Electro Enterprise ?
I have graduated from Economic University with many performances then after a long time of working in different companies I had applied for a job at Electro Enterprise I got it.

Q2. What do you think that a manager should for a company?

A manager has to have good reactions in crise situation, to use work-force efficiently, establishes targets if he want the company to progres at the time that he is in charge. Using all my skills I have managed to rise the companys profit and my bosses are very happy with this result.

Q3. You think that a manager has to be understanding with the employees?
I think that a manager like me how works in a professional environment needs first to respect the employees and to be a good exemplar for them, but in the same time has to be objective and to communicate with them.

Q4. Do you think that the salary can motivate the employer and his job ?
Yes, the salary is very important in any job but to do a good work you have to like what you do.

Q5. Despite the fact that a good salary can motivate a employer what alse this company
can offer him ? This company offers his employer many benefice, for example: prime, vacantions in attractive places, special places for their childrens while they are working.
