Introduction:
I am a former police officer currently working in Kirkuk Iraq as an
International Police Advisor. I am the current advisor to the
Provincial Chief of Police in the city of Kirkuk and the senior
advisor to the Military Police Transition Team. I am also a member of
the personal security detail team. I recently worked in the high
technology industry conducting investigations associated with
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, fraud audits and employee misconduct issues
for Cisco Systems Inc. I am a court certified expert in computer
forensics, internet related crimes, information theft, pirated
software, online auction fraud and online investigations.
I am also an experienced forensic investigator having mutable forensic
certifications and have been a court accepted expert in crime scene
investigation, crime scene reconstruction, bloodstain interpretation
and reconstruction, finger print identification, dangerous weapons,
death investigations, tool mark comparison, excavation of human
remains, and additional forensic applications.
I have managed groups of investigators, researchers and auditors in my
various jobs and assignments. I previously operated a private security
company providing Executive Protection, investigative and security
services in the Bay Area of California where I am a licensed Private
Investigator and Private Patrol Operator. I have extensive
international, investigative experience in the financial auditing
field related to fraud investigations and Sarbanes -Oxley.
I am a former member of the San Benito County, California, Grand Jury
where I served as a Law Enforcement Chair for 2003 and I served as the
Jury Foreperson for 2004. I organized, assigned, mentored and
conducted public audits into local government and their budget
expenditures. I presided over various complaints made aginst
government entities, issuing a final report to the Presiding Judge of
the Superior Court, County of San Benito, State of California.
