Nueva variante de Influenza. (New variant of influenza.

Para esta nueva variación hasta el 10 de mayo de 2011 no hay vacuna desarrollada.

Es una afección por virus. Los antibióticos, no le afectan.

Los médicos generales aun no la asocian con influenza, pues no produce síntomas
característicos de influenza, como temperatura o dolor de cabeza.

Se confunde con facilidad con asma originada por algún tipo de cuerpo extraño en la
garganta(pelo, polen, polvo).

Los doctores, al desconocer de que se trata, suelen recetar cócteles. Anti-bacterianos, anti
alergias, anti-micóticos, anti intoxicación, anti infección-pulmonar, anti-infección
estomacal.

Estos cócteles por su intensidad, normalmente solo dañan tu estomago.

-la zona de afectación se reduce a la garganta en área muy especifica y con producción de
flemas muy gruesas, pastosas y poco diluibles.)

En México como en otros países, puede causar problemas laborales, ya que por la extensión
del tiempo de convalecencia es muy probable que exceda el periodo de incapacidad medica
promedio que los doctores otorgan..

Presenta los siguientes síntomas:

1.- Resequedad de Garganta y sensación de picosor

2.- Tos en exceso y con flemas. sin cambios en temperatura corporal

3.- Garganta, como si estuvieran las paredes de la laringe y faringe escamada y en exceso
reseca.
4.- aumento de tos no hay casi salida de aire ni entrada. (flemas muy gruesas, pastosas y
poco diluibles) episodios de asfixia.

23/03/11 acude al medico.

5.- episodios de asfixia, no se puede respirar ya que en (tos con flemas) la garganta se
cierra. Aquí la sensación se describe como bolitas de unicel en la garganta. No hay paso de
saliva o aire.
DX Medico .- Bronquitis aguda.

Se canaliza a emergencias del ISSSTE

DX bronquitis con faringo amigdalitis

Síntomas…--- Mas tos con flemas que pasan de la nariz a la garganta y la resequedad
aumenta , episodios de asfixia .

Tratamiento: Nebulizaciones, dieta blanda. Inyecciones de antibióticos, abundantes

líquidos. - loratadina –

Acude a clínica para seguimiento.

DX penicilina de 800,00 7
Cita abierta urgencias.
No se detiene la tos con flemas y los episodios de asfixia.
Sigue sin cambios en la temperatura corporal. Presión y temperatura normales.

- se acude a urgencias por cierre de garganta, tos con flemas y episodios de asfixia
a partir de este periodo, la saliva se parece a la que segrega el nopal.(Cuando este se hierve)
Muy abundante y pegajosa no permite la salida ni entrada de aire. Se aumenta en la
traquea, faringe y laringe la resequedad.

Nueva consulta a medico,

Se brinda tratamiento para hongos, bacterias.
Nistatina gotas – nebulizaciones- salbutamol, spray – fluconazol capsulas – tratamiento
para gastritis , omeprasol, aluminio magnesio, ranitidina, metroclopramida –
Sin ceder tos, flemas, episodios de asfixia, mas inflamación de garganta.

Se ingresa a Urgencias.--- para.— nebulizaciones y regresa a consultorio familiar.

El medico solicita estudios de baar, exudado faringeo y análisis de sangre, todos ellos
negativos.

Aclaración del medico. Que es la primera vez en 30 años. Que tiene un paciente con este
tipo de síntomas. Y que dio tratamiento para atacar a hongos,, bacterias, gastritis. Da pase
a neumólogo , aunque las radiografías muestran en buen estado los pulmones. Para
continuar tratamiento con especialistas.

Se siguen los tratamientos hasta su termino.

Enfermo no puede permanecer a solas. Los síntomas continúan,--

El enfermo aclara que siente ligera mejoría con gelatina, miel , abundantes líquidos

Desgraciadamente la garganta no permite el paso de comida normal, por lo que todo es

caldo y en caso de tortilla esta debe remojarse y en el caldo.

Se presenta la sensación de comezón en los orificios de la nariz – hipersensibilizada olores
(comida, perfume, varios)

Se prevé visita al otorrino.

Se procede a utilizar.
Licuados y enjuagues. (que alivien el malestar y los síntomas)
- el licuado de limón, naranja mango y miel. Produce un cambio y mejora al
respirar. El paciente relata que nota un ensanchamiento de la faringe y laringe que le
permiten espaciar sus episodios de tos. Y hacen mas facil la eliminación de flemas.
- Combinado con enjuagues de jugo de limón, bicarbonato y jugo de naranja.
- Refieren la sensación de separación de una película (tipo velcro)de la garganta, lo
que les da cierta mejoría y les permite recuperar su actividad habitual.

El malestar para respirar y toser y la picazón en la garganta ( zona muy focalizada )que
sienten no cede,

Algunas de las afectadas se sometieron a un examen de revisión óptica de la zona. Primer.

Examen no muestra algo contundente.

- Nota, hasta ahora solo son mujeres las afectadas. Ningún hombre –
