1. कसुरको अनुसन्धान तथा तहकिकात गर्दा बाधा विरोध गर्ने व्यक्तिलाई दईु हजार रूपैयासम्म जरिवाना
गर्न सकिने।
2. कसुर गरी हानी नोक्सानी भएमा सो बापतको रकम र सो बराबरको क्षतिपूर्ति रकम कसुरदारले
तिर्नुपर्ने।
3. ठहर भएको हानी नोक्सानी तथा क्षतिपूर्ति बापतको रकम ३५ दिन भित्र नबुझाउने उपर ३० दिन भित्र
मुद्दा दायर गर्न सकिने।
4. (क) अदालतबाट मद्द
ु ाको कार्यवाही र किनारा हुँदा कसरु गरे को ठहरिएमा हानी नोक्सानी वापतको बिगो
र बिगो बमोजिमको क्षतिपूर्ति रकमको अतिरिक्त पाँच हजार रूपैयाँसम्म जरिवाना वा तीन महिनासम्म
कैद वा दब
ु ै सजाय हुन सक्छ।
(ख) एक पटक कसुर गरे को ठहरी सकेको व्यक्तिले पुनः कसुर गरे को ठहरिएमा प्रत्येक पटक हुन
गएको हानी नोक्सानी वापतको विगो र क्षतिपूर्ति बापत बिगोको दईु सय प्रतिशत रकम भराई
कसरु दारलाई दश हजार रूपैयाँसम्म जरिवाना वा ६ महिना सम्म कैद वा दबु ै हुने।
5. कसुरसम्बन्धी सूचना दिने व्यक्तिलाई तोकिए बमोजिमको पुरस्कार दिने। तर त्यस्तो पुरस्कार वितरक
कर्मचारी र निजको रिवारलाई नदिने।
