(“Rambus”) Motion for Summary Judgment, or, in the a:ternative for Summary Adjudication; WHEREAS, on July 23, 2008, Rambus filed a Notice of Motion and Motion to Seal Certain Documents Filed By Micron on July 9, 2008 (“Motion to Seal”); WHEREAS, the Motion to Seal was originally scheduled to be heard on August 21, 2008; WHEREAS, on August 1, 2008 the Court informed the parties that the noticed date of August 21, 2008 was no longer available; WHEREAS, on August 1, 2008 and the Court and the parties discussed moving the hearing on the Motion to Seal to August 15, 2008, at 1:30 p.m., at which time the parties are also before the Court tegarding certain other matters; and WHEREAS, Rambus and Micron agree that hearing the Motion to Seal on August.15, 2008 would be efficient for the Court and the Parties, provided that the parties and the Court can. agree on an expedited briefing schedule; IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED by Rambus and Micron, through their respective attorneys of record, that Micron may file an Opposition to Rambus’s Motion to Seal on or before August 8, 2008 and Rambus may file a reply thereto on or before August 12, 2008, with the matter set for hearing on August 15, 2008 at 1:30 p.m, 5699256.1 PROPOSED ORDER
