 Step 1 – Physical Audit
• Start Physical audit for Site before Carry out SCFT.
• Need to fill Physical audit form at Site. ( Please collect Form in Hard Copy from
Coordinator )
• Draw Terrace Layout on reverse of the page.
• Take Photos as given below.
1. Building Photo
2. Antenna FINAL Tilt Photos of all sectors
3. Terrace layout photo which drawn on reverse of Hard Copy Page
4. Sector Clutter Photo

 Step 2 – SCFT
Stationary Test

• 3G-3G Voice call ( 3 calls each with 30 sec duration )

• 3G-3G Video Call ( 3 calls each with 30 sec duration )
• 3G-3G SMS ( 3 SMS )
• PS Data Download ( FTP DL PS ) and take snap shot ( 1)
• PS Data Upload ( FTP UP PS ) and take snap shot ( 2 )
• HS Data Download ( FTP DL HS ) and take Snap shot ( 3 )
• HS Data upload ( FTP UL HS ) and take snap shot ( 4 )
• Web Browsing ( HTTP ) in PS and take snap shot ( 5 )
• Web Browsing ( HTTP ) in HS and take snap shot ( 6 )
• Ping to FTP Server 10.11.208.138 3 times and note down average latency in
msec and take snap shot ( 7 )

Repeat above procedure in all sectors

We have made Command sequence for Voice Video and SMS please use that during SCFT
Also install Net per sec to see data speed
PS, HS and Ping needs to be done by Command Prompt

During performing Voice Video and SMS please note down below mentioned parameter.

Stationary test will be carried out at 80-100 m distance from site in main lobe.

Take Snap shot of Ping to FTP Server 3 times and attached ( 7 )
Movable Test
Check Softer Handover in Clockwise and Anticlockwise and take snap shot at every instant
of Handover

For example if you are in 1st sector and handover is happened to same site or neighbour site
Take a snap shot of that event and rename as Sec1 3G-3G Soft Handover.

We need to check handover in all sectors and taking snap shot as shown in next slide.

We also need to check 3g-2g Handover ( IRAT Handover ) in all sectors and take snap shot
For the same as shown in next to next slide.

When you are performing IRAT Handover after successful handover to 2G take snap shot
and disconnect voice and data call.

During the return to site cell reselection is possible from 2G to 3G without locking the cell

Please check because the same parameter we need to note down in report

Now SCFT will complete and ensure to rename all the log files appropriate and
Submit the report and log files to coordinator
