I am very much interested about this programme because in my opinion this is a right

opportunity for passionate graduate like me to enhance his skills and to get steady growth
in IT and SAP. As advertised this programme needs graduates with strong technical
knowledge and interpersonal skills and even graduates need to work hard after their
selection such that it is a composed and long term programme incorporated with various
SAP training and rotational development programme. Thus, it is a complete package for a
graduate to establish a career as a professional. I think that under this programme I will
get chance to perform on large, enormously complex and global projects focusing on
different kind of roles exit with in three main area of ERP and will facilitate me to
develop a wide range of skills such as client interaction, problem solving, team working,
logical reasoning, etc. I believe after the completion of this programme I will have stable
and steady growth in my professional career
In order to be successful on the programme you need to be resilient, proactive, an effective
influencer, establish good working relationships have excellent communication skills and be
passionate about IT in Business.

2. What difference do you think you could make to this programme/role you have
applied for?

I am keen for this job role and believe my skills relate with this programme. I have done
M.Sc in Technical Consulting, this course was mainly based on modules that are used in
SAP implementation such as SAP Netweaver development, SAP knowledge management
and SAP business Intelligence. During the course SAP UK provided SAP TEP_12
training on SAP Netweaver that has enhanced my knowledge on SAP Enterprise Portals
and Webdynpros. Apart from that I do possess experience in SAP implementations as an
SAP ABAP developer. On the basis of my SAP knowledge I can make difference if I will
get the opportunity to work for GSK. During my stay in the previous company I've
always been considered as a good problem solver and team oriented employee. The
company introduced a position for SAP finance support job for an internal project. Earlier
at work I attended an internal training programme on SAP finance (General ledger) hence
I wanted to work on that project to learn more about SAP finance. As I was already
working on other small project there was very little chance for me to work on that
opening but I applied and successfully cleared the interview with SAP finance consultant,
and team leader. During the project my work was appreciated by and consultants and
team member. In my job I got few opportunities to prove my worth and I managed all of
them successfully. I'm a good learner and my focused work can really produce good
results. This position will definitely motivate me to try and do even better. I am a
graduate seeking a challenging and rewarding career in SAP Technology where I can
contribute my knowledge for growth and development of the organization.

4. Describe a piece of work or project you have undertaken where you have either
taken a lead role or made a major contribution. Outline the key stages and what you
personally did to manage this through to completion.

Situation: During my masters I was working in a team of 3 members on a project of SAP

enterprise application. My section was to implement use case diagrams for a financial
investment company. Two of our members were working on coding section, in the
middle if the project one of them felt sick.
Task: Then I took an initiative to work on coding section along with the other member
but the biggest challenge was to understand the new coding language .I tried very hard to
learn a new language and we successfully completed the coding section of our project.
Our team achieved second position for overall project and first position in coding section
among 12 teams. The project facilitated me quick learning and managing tasks in tough
circumstances.

1 Why would you like to work for GSK?

My research on GSK reveals that it is really innovative and it is regarded as the best
organizations in world in its field therefore I believe this opportunity will be the
preeminent launch pad for me to work for such organization. I have also learnt about the
working environment of GSK on website and it clearly delineates that organization has
multi-cultural environment. I personally believe that this will help me gain knowledge
about global business, business process and cultural environment. I have also studied that
GSK spend huge amount of money in their research and development programs that
shows organization works effectively to maintain its reputation in market and always
want to go along with their strategic priorities of growing a diversified and it also
