Tasting Notes

Brilliant reddish purple, and with shiny, clear ruby points, showing young and gleaming
in the glass.

The aromas of this wine are best described as freshly fermented grape juice, pure fruit.
Fresh, fragrant and fruity on the nose, the whole range of sweet and preserved red fruit
appears, cherry pie, raspberry and gooseberry, and with a hint of purple flowers
reminiscent of violets, lilacs; a harmony of fresh and young smells. It is well adorned
with fine wood accents and serious notes of concentration and mineral echoes of ink.

It caresses the palate with a pass of refreshing acidity, velvety, without edges, friendly
without forgetting to show all the spectrum of fresh aromas. Lovers of drinkable wines,
somewhat tired of rough and unpolished wines, here you have the exception.

Best Enjoyed
Its silky and balanced character will maintain itself in the glass if it is drunk at a cooler
temperature, maximum of 60 degrees, a glass with a more slender bowl. This wine may
come from the soil but it is a good friend of the sea, try it with grilled blue fin and
albacore tuna, aromatic rice dishes, or simply a nice plate of cured hams and sausages.
