PROCEDURE FOR ROD EXTENSION ADJUSTMENT AND THREADS. AIRSWITCH
SUPPLY INSTALLATION:

Lever to be in contact with Shut Off Head
Air Cylinder Fully Extended ( bottomed out)
C. Turn cylinder rod 1/4 revolution more into rod extension (shortening the mechanism
to move the lever a little bit away from the shut off head to avoid metal contact, while
cylinder is bottomed out)
Secure this position with provided nut on cylinder rod (nut not shown in sketch)
E. One proximity switch to be adjusted to give signal once cylinder and rod extension
have been located in closed (retracted) position. In this position lever has moved the
pin to seal the melt channel in the nozzle tip). Then move proximity switch another
2+-/0.5mm towards cylinder rod end. (to have signal a little bit earlier than finishing
the movement).
