1 lb. tofu, mashed

1 tbsp. honey

1 1/2 c. sauteed onion

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 10 oz. box frozen chopped spinach

2 tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes

1 tbsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. oregano

2 tsp. basil

1 tsp. salt

COOK spinach. MIX all ingredients, and use for lasagna or stuffed shells. FILL shells,
COVER with
SPAGHETTI SAUCE (73) and BAKE 30 minutes at 350°.

NOTE: That’s a lot of garlic... tastes really Italian!
