3 medium sized summer squash

1 large onion
1 recipe CASHEW PIMENTO CHEESE (20)1 c. seasoned bread crumbs

SLICE squash and onions, and arrange in 9” x 13” casserole dish. POUR CASHEW
PIMENTO CHEESE over vegetables, and sprinkle with seasoned bread crumbs. BAKE at
350° for 45 minutes. Turn down to 325° for last 15 minutes.
