 WHAT IS AN ELECTRONIC
CIGARETTE?
• A "no-burning and no-harm of smoking control product"

 Injection hole-Connects the vaporization chamber to the outside.

 Liquid restrictor- Prevents the back-flow of liquid.
 Heater- Fixed inside vaporization chamber.
 Connection structure

• Liquid guide unit- Touches liquid restrictor at one end and will be in
contact with the liquid container of nicotine solution cavity.

• The liquid is led to the cavity due to capillarity.

• Tiny drops of liquid will be inhaled into the other side of connection
bracket holder through the injection hole due to the force of gas
• The liquid will be vaporized instantly by the heater and inhaled out
through the vent hole on the liquid container and the suction nozzle.

• On smoking a negative pressure cavity will be formed on the right
side of film due to gas flow and so it will move right.
• Copper contact attached to the plastic rod will move right to touch
the copper bracket on the control circuit and turn on the power.
• When the operator stop smoking, the film will reset due to its own
elastic force. So plastic rod move leftward and the copper contact
separates with copper bracket.
• The heater will be powered on/off in this way under the action of
small gas flow.
 On inhalation gas flow switch K1 closes and SCM 32 will output high
level to pin 3 and pin 4 to enable the LED to light up.
 When K1 has been closed for totally 1500 times, pin 3 and pin 4
will have output high level for 8 seconds.
• The SCM 32 features counting memory function and low voltage
alert function.

• The preferred working voltage for SCM 32 is 4.0 V.

• In case the operator operates over-frequently, it can cut off the

power automatically to prevent abuse of this Cigarette.

• In case of extra-low voltage, the indicator lamp will flicker continually

for 20 seconds to warn extra-low voltage.
• The schematic diagram to simulate the atomization and recycling of
nicotine solution in electronic cigarette.
• On inhaling a gas enters the executive unit through the vent hole, and
pass through liquid restrictor, vaporization chamber and nicotine
solution cavity and leaves through the nozzle.
• The gas flow in the executive unit will go towards the nozzle and
produce a subatmospheric cavity in the control unit while the cavity at
the other end of the control unit maintains normal atmospheric pressure
due to the vent hole.
• Due to the action of negative air pressure, the switch stretches towards
the connector and moves the copper contactor to turn on the power.
• Now the indicator lamp will light on gradually under the control of
relay circuit and the current reaches the vaporization chamber.

• The solution injected into the vaporization chamber in the form of

tiny droplets will be atomized instantly by the heater.

• Large droplets will be absorbed by liquid guide unit through over-

flow holes. Small droplets will be inhaled out through the nozzle.

• The ingredients in Electronic Cigarettes and its outcome are safe.

a membrane to suspend the ingredients.

also helps to reduce pollution in the atmosphere. It is a high-tech
electronic product which solely achieves the health “breathing”.
