AFRICOM Public Affairs and The LYnC Team Congratulate Graduating

Seniors

Throughout the last two months seniors from around the world
achieved their 12-year goal of graduating high school. Experiencing
lasting friendships, first dates, exams and sports competitions, young
men and women have struggled through and overcome adversity; they
have learned to set and meet goals and have persevered the rigors of
being teenagers. Now they have received the reward for all their hard
work as they proudly accept their diplomas in front of their closest
family members and friends.

From the entire U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) team,

congratulations graduates! You stood up to the challenges and
overcame them; you are now prepared to enter the world as educated
members of society. We encourage graduates to continue setting new
goals to improve themselves and the world around them.

To recognize a graduated senior on The LYnC, the AFRICOM command

information site, and the AFRICOM social media sites, please e-mail
digital photos to The LYnC Team at AFRICOM-PAO-LYnC@africom.mil.
Provide the student's name and if preferred, also include where the
graduate is headed (i.e. John Smith is going to the U.S. Military
Academy or who has accepted a position at Microsoft as a software
designer).

We will update this document and our social media sites frequently so
keep coming back to visit us!

Thanks very much,
