Labor markets may be local or national (even international) in their scope and are
made up of smaller, interacting labor markets for different qualifications, skills, and
geographical locations. They depend on exchange of information between employers
and job seekers about wage rates, conditions of employment, level of competition,
and job location.

the cultural of the organisation that you want to work in.
3- What is the current status of Labour market in the UAE?

USA, Crap the minimum wages and the labour cast on its own, least skilled workers
drop significantly but heath and education access.
France, Contributions on law wages, tax break the cost about unskilled labour.
Denmark, The government increase the productivity about skilled workers trough
train them but it cost high and the result is developing technically.

The number increase, more facilities and incentives.

Three chances because then they freeze to six months to panellise them to make sure
they get the maximums benefits of the different services are provide and if they are
not serious they give a chance to other Emirates to work.
5- What are the issues with private sector?
Working hours and holidays.
6- Suggest methods to encourage Emiratis to participate more in the UAE Labour
Market.
Look at the benefit of the country, family and self also find the place were they can
develop them selves.
7- What do you think the future of Labour Market will be in the UAE?
