Start of OSP work execution as per received permission.

Having good knowledge of different trenching methodology such as Open Trenching,
Micro/Slot Trenching, HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling).
To keep supervision of works- starting from Trenching, Laying, Back-filling, DIT,
Blowing, Splicing (coupling),Testing (using OTDR),Termination in FMS of the
OFC(Optical Fiber Cable) .

Presently handling 4G OFC Fiber for entire complete kadapa.

Coordinating and supporting my implementation engineers in maintaining quality at new

nodes and site works done in time to meet project rollouts
Splicing (coupling) of the OFC using splicing machine
Route Surveys for new nodes with the help of GPS(global positioning) with 3 point
location and OPTICAL POWER METER.

straighting.
Quality Assurance & Testing of Optical Fiber Network.
Quality Assurance of D. I. T & O. F. C Blowing.
Survey, Planning & Execution of O. F. C Network (Fiber Cluster).
Quality Assurance of O.F.C splicing & termination at FMS .
Follow up with vendors to get work execution with Maintain Quality as per
Specifications.
Follow Up with the Vendors to execute the Work within the Time line.

AREAL work of installation of poles and Cable Pulling with Padestals.
