Meetings were conducted every Monday after school. Data was collected and analyzed for each unit. See PLT notebook (Mrs.

Lessons were implemented to enhance the 4 C's(Communication, Creativity, Collaboration, and Critical Thinking). Teacher Pay
Teacher activities, group activities, and on-line assignments were used to instructed and assess students.

1. Goal
Teachers will consistently collaborate to improve student outcomes by meeting 4 times a month
Activities / Actions
1. Teachers will consistently meet in PLTs 1 hour per week.
2. Teachers will establish norms to promote collaboration among members.
3. Teachers will regularly address the three guiding PLT questions listed below:
What is it that students are expected to learn?
How do we know that they have learned it?
How are we responding when they have not learned it?

2. Goal
By June 2016, I will implement instructional practices on a weekly basis in my classroom that build capacity for students to gain
skills related to the 4 C's (collaboration, creativity, communication, and critical thinking).
Activities / Actions
1. Utilize the ETF Website and other resources to develop lesson plans that promote greater creativity, critical thinking,
collaboration, and written and oral communication skills among students.
2. Like subject PLT's will collaborate to create learning opportunities or develop instructional strategies that promote the 4 C's.
3.Like subject teams will develop common assessments that measure student's ability to collaborate, think critically, utilize
creativity, and develop communicative skills.
