Training
Duringonestaffmeetingpermonth,educatorswillbeabletoattendteacherled
professionaldevelopmentsbasedontheareathatmatchestheirresponsesfromthe
selfassessment.

Onsite,therearethreesitecoaches,onedesignatedforeachofthethree
areasofimprovementthatcanhelpandmentorthosethatneedit.
DelegationofSpecialProjects
Basedontheresultsoftheindividualprofessionaldevelopment
plan,educatorswillbeaskedtoconductfutureprofessionaldevelopmentsforothereducators
thatdesiretoincreasetheirownknowledgeandunderstandinginanyofthethreeareasof
improvement.

Rationale
Collaborationandutilizationofabroadrangeofdisciplinesinordertobenefit
studentsinmultisubjectinstructionalpracticesandcurriculum.
