Method:
This is literally the simplest recipe ever & if you are wondering if it tastes like fudge, it really
does! :D
Combine all the ingridents together either by blending/mixing with a wooden spoon (this
ideally will take longer).
Place fudge mixture into a square dish. I placed mine in a glass dish with quite a bit of depth.

Creamy dark peanut butter cups

Creamy dark chocolate peanut butter cups:
200g Dark Chocolate
2-4 Tablespoons of coconut oil (I used the organic one from woolies)
6-10 Tablespoons of salt free/sugar free peanut butter/almond nut butter/organic peanut
butter (woolies)
12 Cup cake holders

Method:
Set up a double boiler. Put a pot on the stove with water in & then put a bowl on top of the
pot (ensure that the water doesnt touch the bowl). Set the temperature of the stove to
medium-high. Add the dark chocolate + 2 Tbls of coconut oil (I preferably used 1 Tbls).
Melt/combine the chocolate & coconut oil together, stir occasionally.
In a separate bowl combine your peanut butter & 2 Tbls of coconut oil ( I used 1 x Tbls of
coconut oil). Mix Well!
Place your cupcake holders on a tray/plate of some sort. Line the bottom of all the cupcake
holders with a Tbls of melted dark chocolate.
Place the lined cupcake holders in the freezer for 2 minutes to set.
Then put a dolop of your peanut butter in the middle of each cupcake holder & carefully
flatten it with a tsp. Now comes the fun part :D Completely cover each peanut butter cup with
1-2Tbls of the dark chocolate until you cannot see the peanut butter anymore!
Place in freezer for 15-30 minutes until serving! :D
P.S. They tasted even better the next day, this is one of my favourite guilt free treats! Let me
