2.24.2016- District A:
This district opened with a number of celebratory announcements
regarding various achievements, including the success of the job fair, and
the and good attendance at various functions, including Love of Reading, and
recognition for a volunteer program operated by a non-profit organization.
During the call to audience, several teachers from spoke in response to
providing a more comprehensive family life education. This topic was also an
agenda item for this meeting, indicating these audience members had likely
planned to attend this particular board meeting. After this portion, the
superintendent reported some celebrations from the around the district.
From there, it reviewed unfinished business that related to various policies,
such as approved travel expenses. The board meeting was just under one
