Report on the anti-discrimination polices.

Introduction.
The purpose of this report is present the policies that we should set to avoid
discrimination, which will create a comfortable environment and increase the
rate of success.
Proposals.
At present, discrimination is a factor that must be eliminated from the society
and the companies due to the number of problems that it causes such as the
lack of development, and the best way to reach it is to set a number of polices
that will avoid it:

The gender that you have and the sexual preferences dont define you
as a person but the actions do, those aspects shouldnt be so important
to hire a person, we must focus on their development and the
advantages and benefits that they would bring top the company.
The followers of certain religions have special days and festivals that are
essential for them, thats why we should be flexible about it, which will
reflect that we care about them.

Conclusion.
The workers are the bases that support and develop the company, thats why
we have to look after them and treat them as our family, they are not
machines, they are humans. Doing that will increase the possibilities of
reaching our goals.
