Seat drops, seat drop twist, swivel hips x6
10x straight bounces on the cross as high but
controlled as possible timed
Tuck jumps x5 on cross with reach, touch
below the knee, lineout
10 x tuck jumps on the cross trying to get
same time as straight bounces
Pike jumps x5 on cross with reach, touch
toes, lineout
10 x pike jumps on the cross trying to get
same time as straight bounces.
Straddle jumps x5 on cross with reach, touch
