Reflection number nine

Education is important for all people, now a day teacher and students care about teaching. I
like to teach children, and I love children. Teaching is important for me us a teacher. I teach in
Alsounds school for students in KG 2. I teach them Math lesson and the topic was number 9. I
will explain the lesson, what I learn and what I need to improve it.
I was prepared for the lesson well, and everything was organized. I start my lesson 8:30, the first
lesson for students. I do the being of the halakha (change the day and the date, attendance and
read Quran). Then I engage students by acting students like and they count the cars to know
about what we will learn. It was fine, but to improve it I should do it more clear and active. After
that I let them count the cars, there were nine cars so, they count from one to nine.
After the explanation and introduce the lesson I gave them activities in the mat. One of the
activity was each child will read the number from 1 to 9, and those numbers were from the card.
Most of the students read the number correctly. Another activity was given each child clock it
put the clock in number 9. It works well, and I learned that clock is useful for students to know
the time and the number nine from the real life.
After the activity for whole the class, I divide students into the three groups. The activity of the
high level was complete the fish from number one to nine and write from 1 to 9 for each babies
duck. Middle students wrote number nine and selected the group of object that has nine pictures.
Low activity students wrote number nine on dots than they count the cars and wrote number 9.
Closing the activities was I clap my hand and told students it is the time of tidy up. Most of them
follow what I said, and this way work with students, and it was not new for them. I learn to teach
students thing, but in many different ways not just put them the video. To improve it also I let
students sing with the teacher to students learn.
In conclusion, students should learn and understand most of what the teacher wrote in her
lesson plan. Students involved with me and they like the both activities in the mat and in the
groups. I was confused, but after the lesson I was okay. I should improve and learn from my
teacher feedback. It was a beautiful day, and I will never for getting it

Reflection number 11
Teaching is my favorite hobby that I like. I like to a good and prepare a teacher. Manage,
deal and organize the classroom is important for us as teachers.
This is my third teaching practice, and my topic was math. In the math, I teach number 11. I
teach students in the morning at 8:22 after the school assembly. I welcomed them, take
students attendance and read Quran, it works well and students involved with me. Improved
that thing by organized more the order of those things. After that, I engage students by
acting with aquatic animals and count the animals, the numbers of the animals was eleven.
To improve that I should let 3 or 4 students come up and count it because I count with the
whole class and make students center.
Then I let them count from 1 to 11 alone it work, and they all know. My classroom knows
numbers from 1 to 100, so it easy from them number11. Students have experience about
numbers, l like a teacher who care and teach students numbers before they should learn
and this way can help them when they take the number. Also, easy for the teacher to teach
them. In this way, the teacher can let the student be a teacher and teach whole the
classroom by helping from the teacher. It will help them to speak and trust on their self.
After the counting, it was the time of the whole activities. I gave each student clock to put in
number 11. The activity was not new for students because MST gave them when they take
numbers. It works easily and well. To improve this activity let students make a clock alone
not I give them and they just put on number 11. Group activities were, for the high level was
students complete the number and make ice cream with the order number from 1 to 11, for
the middle level is students cut numbers from one to 11 and stick it in the tree and for low
level. They had number 11 and stick cotton in it, some of them color it. For closing the
activities I put for them a video about clean up.
In conclusion, all my work was done well, and the activities were so nice and organized.
MST like the activities and she said that I have perfect ides for the activities and useful. I was
confident because my feedback was good and everything work well. I think if I used in the
future my students will like it and they will be happy. I was happy about MST and what she
said. Next will much better than this day.

Reflection number eight


There are different ways that teachers can plan for the lesson plan. Now a days, is
important for the teachers to prepare and make a lesson plan, these ways will help teachers and
students to have well and manage the classroom. Teachers must develop their teaching by having
more materials, different levels of activity, and encourage and deal with students.
In my first teaching practice I teacher about number 8. I write the different thing in my lesson
plan. For Example, my goals were Students will be able to: Compare between number 8 with
other numbers, write and read number 8 and count for one until eight. My strategies welcome the
students, teach the students and let them understand the activity before they start doing it, do the
5s (Engage, Explore, Explain, Extent, Evaluation), listen to the students while they are making
their activity, do most of what I write in the lesson plan.
I do must of what I write in my lesson plan it help me a lot when I do it; I can improve it by
doing lesson plan B and write important and specific information. On the mat, I had the box with
marker and toys, and I let students count together, I can improve that by giving each students box
with materials and small broad with the marker for the student have the learning center, here
students will count individual and write that they just will have eight objects. Also, it will
improve students writing and some of they will learn and understand number 8. Writing numbers
from 8, I let just two students to come up and write number 8 on the board it will help, but if I
need to improve it, I can bring the small board and marker for each student to write in it.
After that I came out one student to write for me from 1 to 8, here I can develop it with coming
up one child to write from 1 to 3 another child from 4 to 6 and the third child from 7 to 8. I do 3
activity for three different levels, and I think all of them were useful for students in levels, maybe
if I need to develop the child skills, I can let students who had low level write his activity than I
can let it try doing the middle level of activity. This way will help low level students improve
because students will learn by trying thing in a different way.
I like to teach, and I like children. I hope to give all my knowledge about the lesson to all
students to learn. In this teaching practice, I learned how to manage and deal whole the
classroom by control. Children need someone encourage them to learn. If we a teachers help
students learn, students will help us and learn. I hope to be the teacher who is friendly and kind
with her students. I will never forget my first teaching practice

Reflation letter M
On Sunday, 17-4-2016 it was my English teaching. English is my favorite subject. I dose of
students different activities. Students like the lesson if there different game with activities. I was
prepared for letter M. I work hard for this lesson. Now I will explain the lesson, what I learned
and what I need to improve.
The English lesson was after the breakfast it was at 10:30. I was sitting in the circle with students
and close to them. I engage students by showed them the video about letter M, after that, I
showed them the picture with word that has letter M from the power point. I asked students guess
with me and what do you think the lesson of today, most of them said letter M. letter M it, not
the new letter for the students, so I just do a review for them, and most of them know.
In the mat, I dose for them the activity to practice them before the group activities. The activity
was, I spread the boys and the girls into group each group I give them different pictures in those
pictures they wrote letter M they know where we should write letter m for each picture. It works
and all students involved, and there were active. Maybe if I need to improve it I showed them the
picture and let students come to me and write the letter for the word of the picture, this way will
help all students to involve, learn and improve. Group activities, for high level I give them paper
to write big letter M and small without helping me. It works because students had experience
about letter M and they know how to write it. Middle level students color just letter M. Also it
work because they know and I am just doing a review for them. Low level, they wrote letter M
on dots and color letter M it works. Most of the students need to work more and need to do other
level work. I like that and students need to learn and do. I hope to give all students for three
activities and let them try and do it, but there is no time for me to give them. I like children who
need to learn and improve.
I closed the lesson by told them to clean up and I opened for the video. I like students active
and how they need to learn. When students felt happy and were confident. My lesson was good
and hope to improve and be better in the future.

Reflection letter O
In Wednesday was practice teaching. Practice by practice I learn and develop my teaching
skills. I teach in Alsonds school for students in KG2. I teach students English, and it was my first
day that I teach children English. I teach them without MST because they do not have English
teacher, so I teach them. In English, I teach them the letter. They know, and they have experience
about letter O because they take before. Now I will talk about my lesson.
At 10:30 after the breakfast, I sit with students in the mat. I welcomed them. I engage my
children by showed hem video with sound of letter O. students felt happy when they said.
Introduce the lesson is important for children to know about what we will learn. I work well, and
most of the students know about what we will learn after the video. I ask them the question that
about what we will learn today all of them said letter O, it improve that I should listen to children
answer when they raise their hand.
After that I showed them pictures that have letters O, then ask children who know how we write
the letter, most of the students know who to write and the other I teaches them who to write.
Develop this way by giving each child board with the market to write alone. I learned this way
from English teacher before, and I like it and this way all students can write and learn by
themselves. I hope to do this way in the future. I dose for them activity on the mat. The activity
was two group, blue group boys, and pink group girls, and each group completes one object that
has letter O after they puzzled the object they circle letter O. After the explanation and the
activity. Students learned the objects that have letter O, write letter O, read with knowing the
sound of the letter O and other information about letter O. before the group activities I let
students do some exercise to be active.
The transition is important to us as the teacher and for students. Students will not feel boring. It
will help the order of the lesson and manage the classroom. I learned that children could not sit
more than 5 minutes on the mat, I should do an active lesson. The group three different activities
for several levels. The activities were high level complete the word that has letter O and draws
letter O, middle level: select letter O to help Octopus to find his letter and low level: draw the
letter on dots. I told them if anyone need to color it he/she can. Most of the students wrote alone,
and they like the activity, and some of them need to do other activity. I want to give them and let
them try different level, but there wasnt time.
I just had 30 minutes to introduce whole the lesson. Children need to learn, and they like to give
them something with art. Students do whole the activity alone I just give them the explanation
about the activities. I closed the lesson by put for them the video and sing a clean-up clean up
song. When students finished clean up, my Arabic teachers came and taught them Arabic.
I learned to control and managed the classroom is more important than anything. Us a teacher
should be prepared for whole the lesson. I was interesting and enjoy with students. Students have
different idea experience about letter O. I hope to do better next English lesson teaching and may
use this lesson in the future.

Reflection letter S
I like to teach children. I like to teach them, English class. Teaching is my favorite thing in
the world. I learn from what I teach; I prepare well for my lessons. Today I teaches English
lesson, the topic of the lesson is letter S.
I prepared for my lesson, and my lesson plan was ready. English lesson starts at 11:00 after
students ate their breakfast. Letter S is not a new letter from them, and I just do a review for
them. Before I start to ask them what is my name? They said teacher Safa, and I said who know
my first letter of my name. One of the students said letter s. This way help me to start to engage
them. I believed students will know the letter easily when I remind them the letter of my name.
Also, it helps me to teach them easily.

After that I engage them by showed them a video of letter S. Most of students answer the
questions on the video that I asked them. It works because students like to listen to the music and
thing that let them enjoy. After that, I teach them how to write it and the sound of the letter. Most
of the students repose and understand the letter, and some of them had experience about letter S,
I let some of them to write for me on the board, and other said the sound of the letter. It work and
I learned that it was better to all students write not a few for them. To make it better, I should let
all students write and tell me the sound of letter S.

The activity in the mat was given students mix pictures that have letter S and other letters they
showed me the pictures that have letter S, and I gave each child different pictures. It works well
because all students like it and enjoy. I can use it in the future. Groups activities were for high
level: I cut for them letter S and students should make letter and complete it. Middle level,
students will have pictures with those pictures there are pictures have letter S, students should cut
the pictures with letter S and stick it on the S worksheet. Students for the low level will have
square paper color and letter S in worksheet they should stick the square on the S. Also I does for
students who need to do another activity a small worksheet with pictures, they should color
pictures that have letter S. All students like it, and they all enjoyed for what I do. It works well,
and my Arabic teacher was happy and shocked when she saw the amazing work.

In consultation, my lesson work well, I felt happy, and students enjoyed. In the future, I hope
to do better in this lesson, but I learn how different and extra activities do for students. I will
keep my work save, and I hope to use it in the future when I am a teacher inshallah.
