Should Church be separate with State?
Audience: Immigrant that came from Congo United State never know about
the separation of church and state.
Purpose: to help people to understand that the religion in be complicated when
get here while they have freedom of religion.
Context: The relationship between church and state has been extremely
controversial over years and years and it has been complicated over the years for
people of different cultural that come to united states, because the interpretation of
the principle has been ambiguous. Over 400 years the congress passed the laws into
the entire America and the first was freedom of religion. The separation is originally
meant to be established neither the religion nor to interference the state. This nation
was found on not only on human right with governance through family, church to
community, but is was found for the right of human dignity and legal equality.
How separation of church and state affects schools.

The affection that church and state. is based by the human right and human
faith. In other case government want to take over religion into politics and pass laws
into the churches, this are somehow the religion mutually exclusive into human faith.
It would be a terrible burden on for the government be considered into and involve
into church conventions. According to Christian Minister Dr. Robert Wilkerson,
why prayer doesnt belong in public school?
By writing why prayer doesnt belong to public school? He said: it would be
a terrible burden on the school. Teaching and monitoring religion is not the purpose
of public schools, and they are not trained or equipped to do it public school school
should be having a prayer, but on the other hand not everyone is a believer! That
why they should have well trained teachers for doing that. Separation of church and
state is essentially what allows Christianity to strive in the USA, and the spiritual
power that backbone the nation.
Unfortunately, in constitutional there is a different of church and state, but
more American politicians thinks it is well reasonable for the church and state be
equal. According to Detroit news Dale Hanses, examining the concerns of
conservation Christians over Tennessees school teaching the five pillars of Islam.
There is more number of topics that most of the outrange concerned about the
statement regarding the separation of church and state. We have U.S Constitution

where exactly church and state are separate. In First Amendment shows us how we
should have freedom of religion.
The different between church and state doesnt appear to in the constitution
but it based by how decisions and invalid term of separation is. First and most basic
is the fact that the Supreme Court is the ultimate interpreter of federal constitutional
law. This means that while the term separation of Church and State may never
appear in the constitution itself, the Court ruling in the case of Everson v. Board of
Education stated. Religion and state has the big issues by being rule one another.
This by appear into the constitution is the big problem that more people are facing
now because they dont know what to follow. By passing the law into the
constitution and the court it makes it that the court is ruling more than the church.
The country was founded with Christianity

Thomas Jefferson is the father of this nation he says that this nation is the
nation of everyone to have freedom of them believe Believing with you that religion
is a matter which lies solely between man and God Many people have their own
believes, and not everyone will support the different between church and state.
Indeed, the church attention in not just to insert itself into matters, but to normally
relating in public and every culture around the nation. Cultures will argue about it
by saying state and religion are not the same and other will give their opinion by

supporting either religion or state. Religion and state may be inseparable because
God granted America a great nation for everyone to live in freedom. Every culture
and countries have different people, the found of this nation will never countenance
by measuring how religion is nowadays. This nation is under God. More peoples
actions in this nation will they pretend and answer cause of the trouble than usual
saying that there is no God, but in the book of exodus the. Americans actually to
thing exactly Even a good number of people who genuinely regret this
marginalizing of religion today accept it as dictated by the Constitution.

It is impossible for those who believe in the truth of Christianity as a divine

to doubt that it is the especial duty of government to foster and encourage it among
all the citizens and subjects, Story declared.31 Many people have their own believes
with no doubt about what they believe to strive their ambition into the religions the
supreme court wanted to relied the different between religion and state to restrict to
the court from adjudication, but despite church members in many respect, however,
the separation was during the nineteenth century and it was closely stacked.
A couple years ago, supreme court of United State has been involving into
the constitutionality of the ten commandment. During 1947, the United State
supreme court held that for provision to congress, by make no law respecting an
establishment of religion. By late century, many Protestant leaders complained that
public schools were being secularized. The constitution is more influenced our

nation more than states and religion communities. The people of this
commonwealth have a right to invest their legislature with power to authorize, and
require the several towns for the institution of public worship God and support the
maintenance of the public protestant.

New
This is where big problem is where the constitution consistently warned by
endorsement of Christianity into the law of the new nation. James Madison, the
father of both constitution and the First Amendment wrote the quote: Who does not
see that the same authority which can establish Christianity, in exclusion of all other
Religions, he wrote in his in 1785, "may establish with the same ease any particular
sect of Christians, in exclusion of all other Sects?" The perspective of the words
separation of church and state may not be in the text of constitution, but unlike the
articles of confederation, constitution consider it as any reference to God.
Separation between church and state have principles of separation power, the
father of the nation did not simply separate church and state, but He separated power
and check balance
There is misinterpretation between the separation of church and state. In
fact, we have more percentage of the Christians with the rational of legal prejudicial

system of believe. They are being a variations exist of the version of interpretation
over Iran 1979 revolution. Yet the Constitution does not provide ready-made
answers for todays church-state issues, such as the role of religion in public school.
The constitution should provide answer for people to understand and know the
interpretation of church and state.
Conclusion
People should know that this is not only about Christian right, but really about
freedom and liberty. Supreme court passes a law for freedom of religion. People
should not be misunderstood about Christian right and state, but the supreme court
have have crashed out the first amendment. America is a nation where everyone is
welcome and more immigrants that comes here they really find here totally
difference from their countries. Here you have freedom of religion, you choose
where to go by yourself, by no body to force you either catholic, Christian, or
Muslim. In my country you have to be where your parents are in religion. I am glad
that here, there is no all, but have your own choice of religion.
