ORDER OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Came now the Plaintiff on the 15th day of March, 2016, and filed
an action against the Defendant, Bryan K. Robinson, and the Defendant
having failed to file an Answer, the Court hereby enters judgment by
default for the Plaintiff and against the Defendant, Bryan K. Robinson.
Further, judgment is entered in favor of the Plaintiff and against
the Defendant, Bryan K. Robinson, in the total amount of Two Hundred
Eighty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Dollars and 87/100,
($287,470.87), said amount consisting of the principal balance of
$275,000.00, interest of $10,541.48, court costs in the amount of
$369.39, private process server fee of $60.00, and attorneys fee of
$1,500.00.
