ACTIVITY: JOB FAIR

Teacher divides the class in half.
Some students will be job seekers
while the other half will be potential
employers seeking recruits. Teacher
distributes copies of resumes of IT
professions to the job seekers and
job vacancy advertisements to the
employers
Teacher will then invite students to
visit the various sections to gather
information about the various career
options in IT. (Engaging)

The teacher will reassemble the

class and ask the job seeker and the
employer for each profession to join
together to create a profile of their
profession and record it using their
camera phones. (Engaging)

Student Expected Activities

Students will receive either resume or a

job vacancy advertisement

Students will visit the various sections,

gathering information on careers and
then matching it to either their resume
