Notes:

Depth can be reduced down to 60 cm, that will reduce cost and
increase stability but will reduce capacity and deck load.
Same specifications fabricated from steel will provide more deck load
and will be around 20% of aluminum cost.
Outboard engine can be mounted. Foundation will follow manufacturer
specifications.
Rubber fenders to be recommended as per cost budget.
Pump in and pump out of tanks will be shore base, no onboard pumps.
Deck plating is assumed to be diamond pattern plate. Grating plate is
not preferred as this is a catamaran and that will:
Reduce deck load
Allow any spills to drop in the sea
Need heavy angle bars for support and connection between two
hulls
To increase stability, water ballast / solid ballast can be use on the
same design
