I, Anita J. Icoy, would like to apply for the position of Administrative Aide IV (Book
Binder II) in the City Government of Davao.
I am a resident of Barangay Lapu-lapu, Agdao District, Davao City. I am married and
have four children. I am a graduate of the University of Mindanao with a degree in
Bachelor of Science in Commerce.
Presently, I am employed at the Sangguniang Panglungsod as a member of the
Administrative staff of Councilor Bernard E. Al-ag. I have been connected with the
Sangguniang Panglungsod of Davao City for eleven (11) years, more or less.
For the furtherance of my skills and my professional advancement, I would like to
submit this application, hoping that this will be given favorable consideration and
action.
