Incident Coordinator- In this role I manage a high level of critical cases to ensure customer
satisfaction utilizing clear and precise communications through diverse resources such as phone, chat,
screen shares and other collaborative resources. This role has prepared me to ensure the viability our
customers demand at the same time ensuring SLAs are met. This role required proficiency in numerous
computer programs, being proficient in Microsoft Office, creating reports, working with databases,
Avaya, and knowledge of Active Directory. Knowledge and understanding of ITIL.

Specialized Access Control Specialist 3- Monitoring and controlling access into and from the
customers facilities; operating and ensuring the proper administrative control of equipment;
monitoring compliance with the customers established rules and regulations among peers; providing
proper documentation, keeping strict records, and reports of all activities affecting the facilities;
providing personnel to support the Automated Key Access Machines (AKAMS); providing personnel
to staff Visitor Centers at various locations for the processing of individuals into the customers secure
compound; operating metal detectors, X-ray equipment, explosive detection, and other equipment at
pedestrian/equipment control points; monitoring closed circuit television systems, intrusion detection
systems, fire alarm systems, and dispatching response personnel as necessary.

Access Control Specialist- This role required providing access control services for a government
facility by performing and adhering to strict access procedures at the entrance and exit with little to no
supervision. Screened badge Id's to ensure controlled access to the site. Worked alongside onsite
police, reporting incidents. Performance of random screening and bag inspections of individuals
entering and exiting the site while keeping records.
