In case of a resentment by the clients, please

understand that the following cancellation
charges will be imposed:
Initial deposit is non refundable
Within 7 days 50% of total estimated revenue
Within 24 hours 100% of total estimated
revenue
All changes, additions, deletions, or
stipulations including corrective lining out by
either the Hotel or the clients will not be
considered agreed to, or binding to the other,
unless such modification has been initialled or
otherwise approved in writing by the other.
