RLAGS 2012 - Research Presentation on RA Personalities.

Research 2013
Analyzed the results of a survey administered to Saint Anselm College RAs which identified personality
types, job stress, job satisfaction, and comfort in performing RA duties. Through my research I found that
those RAs who were higher in Neuroticism had lower job satisfaction, higher job stress, and less comfort
performing duties, whereas those who were high in Conscientiousness were the opposite. Through these
findings and other findings, I believe it is possible to form better RA staffs though knowing their personality
types and being able to pair people who are struggling with people who can help them.
