1. I can study what is actual pay for both gender, how much percentage is it less by and in which country.
2. Why might they pay male differently then female.

What do I already know?
I know that There is an earning gap between genders
in Asia.

What do I need to find out?

I need to find out about the percentage of the wage
different. I also need to find out what is the average
wage of a female in Asia or countries inside of Asia
and the counterpart of it (men). Also I have to found
out in which country has to fairest gender pay and the
worst different in Asia

What do I already know?
I also know that gender wage gap is huge in parts of
Asia because some women lack education and other
qualification. Also, women know they will make less
than men so they wont ask for a raise compared to
man. In some part of Asia, its culture and tradition for
women not to work so when a woman gets a full time
they are usually paid less. I also know that many
people in the working career think that men are
stronger and they can work faster compare to women
even though it isnt true they are paid less because of
this philosophy.
What do I need to find out?
I need to find out more reason on why they are paid
less. I also have to find out what has the government
done to try to close the gender wage gap. Also have
to found out what have some country done to change
the gender wage gap. Also if there is any activism
working on closing the wage gap.
