It is understood that expenses such as the Capital Gains Tax, Attorneys Fee,
Estate Tax, and other expenses incidental to the sale of the above-described
property shall be shouldered by the Owner, while Transfer Fee shall be shouldered
by the Buyer.
Commission on Finders Fee in case of close deal the agents receive a five
percent (5%) commission from the gross sales of the said property. However, if
there is an overprice, the said amount will go to the above named agents.

case another Buyer comes within the above-given period of time while this authority
