1. RESUMEN
Twitter es una de las herramientas de la Web 2.0 que mayor acogida est
teniendo en el mundo educativo en los ltimos aos. Sus principales
caractersticas son la comunicacin online, la limitacin de caracteres y la
posibilidad de seguir a quien se quiera. Esta comunicacin presenta una
pequea experiencia de uso de Twitter realizada con estudiantes del Grado en
educacin Primaria de la Universidad de Burgos. Se ha realizado una primera
aproximacin a las posibilidades que ofrece esta herramienta en la Educacin
Superior. De forma general consideramos que es una buena herramienta para
fomentar la interaccin y el aprendizaje informal.
2. ABSTRACT
Twitter is one of the latest Web 2.0 approaches tools, with great support from
educational institutions during recent years. Among its features highlights an
online comunication, 140-character limitation, and the freedom to decide who
are you following and be followed by. This communication shows a Twitter
experience based on the use of Twitter by students of the Degree in K-12
Education from University of Burgos. A first approach to the educative
potential of Twitter in Higher Education was obtained. We concluded that
Twitter has became a key tool to improve interaction and to encourage
education in an informal way.

Poner una foto de perfil y editar la bio, incluyendo la direccin del blog.
El objetivo final es que cada alumno alcanzara durante el curso los 100
tweets de contenidos relacionados con la asignatura dentro del hashtag
#edpr1112.
d. Resultados y conclusiones
Se ha realizado un anlisis de los tweets incluidos dentro de #edpr1112 con la
herramienta Topsy (topsy.com). Tal y como se puede observar en la Tabla 1 el
nmero total de tweets realizados con el hashtag #edpr1112 a lo largo de la
asignatura asciende a 10019. Es importante tener en cuenta que los retweets
clsicos no son contabilizados por la herramienta, por lo que podramos decir
que se han generado 10019 tweets nicos. Segn se peda en la tarea lo
esperado seran un mnimo de 16400 tweets, por lo que ms de esos 6000
tweets seran los denominados como RT clsicos, los cuales perteneceran
adems a #edpr1112. De esta manera cada participante realiz una media de
61 tweets, aproximadamente 4 a la semana.
