Culture Shock.

To my mind, culture shock is like a Romantic Story, starting with an intense

attraction of the surrounding and trilled by the new panoramas, followed by a
bunch of disagreements and ending with a feeling of adaptation and
familiarization. All relationships are unique but have a similar path between
them and thats what happens with the culture shock due to traveling to
another country, thats why understanding every stage of culture shock would
help you in the next trip.
The Honey Moon Stage, the good side of everything. From what I can gather
this is the best stage of culture shock, seeing for the first time a new world,
overlooking any flaws of the country and getting infatuated with the languages,
people and food in these new surroundings, visualizing a full tour of emotions.
Unfortunately, it appears the Frustration Stage, the stage of disagreements.
This stage is when your opinion, language, way of life, customs and values
differ from this new real life, its the most difficult phase that we are required to
pass in order to adjust and to adapt ourselves.
Then, when the chaos disappears, oneself starts to recognize the culture and to
get familiarized with it, allowing you to put together the resources you need to
feel at ease.
To conclude, knowing about all of those stages let you know that there always
will be a dark side of traveling, but at the end those experiences will worth it
because you will learn from a new culture.
