Moodle Password RESET

The instructions below require you to login your Student Webmail. If you never login before, your webmail default
password is your birthrate DDMMYY.
If you forgot your webmail password, kindly reset at ICT Helpdesk.
1. Go to http://moodle.curtin.edu.my,
From the login column, click on Lost Password at the front page OR

click on Yes, help me log in at the login page

2. Fill in your Miri Campus ID for username, and click OK.

3. Open your student webmail at http://mail.student.curtin.edu.my/ You will receive a password reset instruction
E-mail from Moodle.

4. Click on the reset link provided in the E-mail. A Moodle page will popup saying that your new password is sent to
your e-mail.
5. Check your e-mail again by clicking Refresh icon. Your new password is provided in the 2nd e-mail. Use the
new password provided to log in to Moodle.
