arcache utility
This question is Not Answered.
I am trying to recreate the Demo account using the arcache utility. I keep getting The value for this entry violate a unique index that s been
defined for this form. But when attempt to delete the record it tells me that the record does not exist.

Here is my syntax for creating the account.- arcache -Ua -e 000000000000001 -lw 1 -n "Demo" -p "" -g "1;"

Fortunately this is a dev box, but I still need the box to test somethings..
How do I get around this. Any Suggestions?

1. Re: arcache utility

Both the request and login name need to be unique so do you already have a record with request id 1 and/or a user called Demo in the
user_cache table?

I'll have to verify on the back end. At any rate, how can I get around this?. Can i create another temporary admin account and use another
request ID, like 000000000000002?

It's now creating the account, but the account doesn't seem to have administrator permissions based on the available quick links.

For Linux environment, use the following.

LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/bmc/ARSystem/bin ******** This is the path where the libicuucbmc.so.32 libraries are.
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
export ARTCPPORT=1545 **************The Port # of the arserver you are trying to connect
./arcache -Ua -d -e 00001500 -n userdemo -t server -g "1;" -l1 -p userpassword
