WemetandfirstreadthroughtheemailsentbyMr.Hewitt.Weread
throughthenormsandeveryonefeltweworkedverywellasateamlast
year.Whenproblemsarose,theywereaddressedandweworked
togetherasateamtoproblemsolve.Wefeelthatweworkverywellas
afullteamofseven.Wewouldliketocontinueworkingtogetherasa
fullteamofsevenonourMondaytimesothatwecanmoreefficiently
planforourstudentsandkeepusonthesamepage.
Withteamsbeingsplitupforbothlunchandthenrecesstimeblocks,we
feelthatworkingtogetherasateamofsevenonMondaysisimportant
forcontinuedconsistencyacrossourgradelevel.

skillssofarandthatwewanttorepeattheincentivesforbasicfacts
againthisyearlikewedidlastyear.Ourstudentsneedthispractice,

becausetheirscoresevenadditionarelowerthantheyshouldbe
comingto4thgrade.

Friday.Benchmarkis75additionfactsin3minutes.If60%of4th
grademeetthebenchmarktheywillearn5minutesofextrarecess,70%
