Take the tip of your tongue and push it onto the roof of your mouth, slide it
backwards. Hold it there for 2 minutes.
2. Suck your tongue upwards completely against the roof of your mouth.
3. Press your tongue against the bottom teeth and the floor of your mouth.
4. Elevate the back of your mouth, saying Aaaaaah.
The theory is that these exercises might strengthen the tissues in the soft pala
te. Do them all for 2 minutes each, total 8 minutes daily.
