JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for the performance of the sales and administrative functions of the branch

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
(List the responsibilities/duties associated with the job)

Responsible for the sales performance of the branch


Maximization of yield, controlling sales acquisition cost
Meeting sales targets; preparation and adherence to budget
Review and management of the performance of the sales team
Empanelment of new dealers and resource allocation at dealerships
Implementing dealer payouts and TA offerings to the dealerships
Planning and execution of marketing events
Coordination with divisional sales manager for approvals
Assigning responsibility of execution within the branch sales team
Manages associates directly where required
Responsible for quality of business acquired and enhancing business penetration
Responsible for quality of proposals submitted
Management of dealer relationships
Ensuring dealer payments occur accurately and on time
Liaison with local offices of the manufacturer, if any
Administrative control of the branch
Responsible for facility management at the branch
Responsible for the HR functions of the branch (Leave approvals, sales associate
renewal planning, attendance)
Record keeping for fulfilling requirements of Audit & Policy Compliances, Legal
Compliances.
