Provided dining services for patients and family members by accurately taking orders and identifying
dietary restrictions. Provided excellent customer service over the phone. Assisted in dietary clerical work
by accurately entering oral supplement and tube feeding charges into patients' charts. Assisted Patient
Services Supervisors and Catering Associates in correctly determining hospital census, the number of
patients eating at each mealtime, and running a variety of reports like Tray Accuracy, Allergen Reports,
and Total Food Costs.
