What are you going to accomplish? Be specific.

In this performance my group and I was able to work hard on
choreography. I have learned that good choreography grabs the
audience's attention but dont distract the dance moves from the
music. My group and I were able to accomplish this while making the
characters of two people being a teacher, and 4 others being students.

How will you know you are ready to perform?

The way you know you are ready to perform is when you practice
enough, so you know the material, but you still are nervous about
performing so you show you care. With those nerves it makes you go
above and beyond to make sure you do well.

What are the challenges you will face in meeting your goal?
In the beginning it was hard to make sure that everyone in the song
was doing something. For example, when asher and I were teaching
the children, we needed to make sure the kids werent just sitting
there, but instead somehow interacting with the teachers. We
accomplished this with hand gestures and performing games in the
scene.

What skills, concepts, and vocabulary will you apply in working towards
your performance?
Choreography, downstage, upstage, annunciation, and I also learned
how to work with a group in a production like this and take all of their
needs and wants and make sure they all get met in our performance

What elements of this experience are transferrable to the real world?

Teamwork is definitely something we all use in the real world, and it
can help you and other succeed in life.

What is your timeline to become performance-ready?

assign parts, then talk out music, then assign solos, then learn music,
then make choreography (blocking), then sing while doing choregraphy
(x7) then perform

After your performance:
