Our class filled the marble jar in 16 school days! They

earned marbles for good behavior, compliments from
adults, raising hands, paying attention, and anything else
they do well. I am so proud of them. As a reward for filling
the marble jar, the class voted to have pajama day. So
your child may wear pajamas to school on Thursday,
September 3. We have PE on Thursday so please make
sure your child has shoes that are appropriate for PE. and
the playground.
Homework
Today I sent IXL math homework information in your childs Tuesday Folder. Please keep this
information so your child may log onto IXLMath.com to practice math skills for homework.
Please try to log on and let me know if your encounter problems. If your child does not have
internet access, please let me know. Once your child has logged onto IXL math. Here are math
skills they may practice. The 3 children that have the most time/correct problems at the end of
September may have lunch in the classroom and earn an ice cream ticket. Teachers can log on
to IXL to see student progress.
