Attached bit elegido por un router Nivel 1 / Nivel 2 en su propio nivel

LSP 1 y se utiliza para indicar a todos los routers de Nivel 1 (dentro del
rea) que este router es un punto de salida potencial de la zona. Slo los
Routers de Nivel 1 por defecto al router Nivel 2 ms cercano conectado.
Attached bitSet by a Level 1/Level 2 router in its own Level 1 LSP and
used to indicate to all Level 1 routers (within the area) that this router is
a potential exit point of the area. Level 1-only routers will default to the
nearest attached Level 2 router.
