tests for the sub surfacing of
roads, using a new French
product, which is completely
natural and environmental
friendly. With this product we
will be able to finish the
phase 1 coating (North area)
in approximately two months.

Durante este mes de Marzo,
nosotros hicimos las primeras
pruebas para el subsuelo de
las calles, utilizando un nuevo
producto francés, el cual es
completamente natural y no
es dañino para el medio
ambiente. Con este producto
vamos a estar en la capacidad
de finalizar el revestimiento
de las calles de la primera
etapa en la parte norte de la
isla, en aproximadamente dos
meses.

Dear all,
We were proud to have in Panama this month,
the French Chef: Claude Troisgros who may
manage the gastronomic restaurant of Isla
Viveros (Troisgros restaurant in Roanne has 3
stars in the “Guide Michelin”). He came with
his son and went to the island, looking for the
best restaurant’s location. At this occasion
special thanks to our first residents for the
very good coffee we took in their house. I can
proudly announce Isla Viveros will have the
first Panama’s boutique Hotel and
gastronomic restaurant. I’m quite sure you
and your friends will enjoy this cuisine and let
you discover Claude's interview.
Please, also discover our new headline,
"Testimonial", it will be the occasion for a
client to say something about Viveros, this
month it is Stephen who sent an email we
publish with his authorization. Stephen is a
passionate American Golfer; he owns a 4,500
sqm lot in Viveros.
Regarding the marina Roderick had many
phone calls, for those who do not know, we
made a special reservation rate for residents.
As soon as the break wave is under
construction, reservation period will expire
and rates will increase.
To conclude I want to thank Club de Golf de
Panama, we participated at the “Torneo Centro
Americano de Clubes” and it was a real
pleasure to share golf values and experiences
with those passionate people.

Este mes estamos orgullosos de tener con nosotros al
señor Claude Troisgros en Panamá, el chef francés
interesado en estar a cargo del restaurante
gastronómico de Isla Viveros (El restaurante Troisgros
restaurant en Ruan tiene 3 estrellas en la “Guía
Michelin”). Él vino a Panama acompañado de su hijo y
llegó a la isla buscando el mejor lugar para el
restaurante. Nosotros le agradecemos muchísimo a
nuestros primeros residentes que nos brindaron café en
su hogar y ahora podemos anunciar orgullosamente que
Isla Viveros tendrá el primer hotel boutique y
restaurante gastronómico de Panamá. Estoy seguro que
sus amigos y usted disfrutaran de esta cocina. Más
adelante en este boletín encontraran un entrevista con
Claude.
Nosotros también estamos
introduciendo un nuevo segmento
llamado “Testimonio”, que le dará
la oportunidad a nuestros clientes
de expresar su opinión acerca de
Viveros. Este mes es Stephen quien

Viveros Strengthens Golf Ties | Viveros Fortalece Sus Lazos Con El Golf

With its commitment to providing one of the
world’s top golf destinations, Isla Viveros is
developing its contacts with the golfing world. Last
month Viveros was a sponsor of the Central
America and Panama Inter-clubs Golf Tournament,
at the Panama Golf Club, Cerro Viento.
Central America and Panama Inter-clubs Golf
Tournament started in Costa Rica in 1943 with an
friendly exchange and camaraderie between
Central American golfer of that era, who met
yearly, with the aim strengthen bonds of
friendship. Since then, the tournament has been
played annually in each of the six countries of the
region, becoming the oldest amateur golf event of
Latin America, Central America and has attracted
the attention of The Royal & Ancient (The R&A), the
organization that regulates the sport all over the
world. The organizers are looking for the
acknowledgement of the Central America and
Panama region as a separate entity, and this year a
representative of the R&A attended.
The men’s champion is invited to participate in the
prestigious British Amateur Open.

Ancient (The R&A), la organización que regula el
deporte en todo el mundo. Los organizadores están

Viveros on February 26th!. The island and the
project are very nice. The golf course has many
magnificent views.
I am very excited about building a home on the
Isla. We had a very nice birthday celebration for
Luis on Contadora. Sitting on the beach at the
hotel, enjoying the evening from the restaurant,
snorkeling in the clean cool waters and looking at
the boats all made me envision what the good life
will be like on Isla Viveros.
