Notice to End the Tenancy

Date:-6th April 2015.

Dear Mr. Dhotre,

I hereby give you one months written notice to terminate my tenancy at
Sangana Niwas Flat no. 4, Colonial Hearth, model Colony, near Kotak
mahindra bank Pune, which I currently rent from yourself. Please accept this
written notice in accordance with the tenancy agreement as my intention to
vacate the property on 7th May only if security deposit amount of Rs. 35,000
is returned on same day.

I will be cleaning the property to make sure to leave it in a good condition.

Please send me any specific move out cleaning instructions if you have any?
I will remove my personal belongings and turn in my keys on 7th may on
fulfillment of above condition.

As you are aware, and in accordance to the tenancy deposit protection

provisions, you will need to return my security deposit on the same day we
are evacuating the flat, however, if you are able to return this to me anytime
sooner it would be greatly appreciated.
