Executive summary:

Our project is about Bareeze company private limited. It is the trademark of


products developed by Ali Embroidery Mills (Pvt.) Ltd, Sarena Industries and
Dying Mills (Pvt.) Ltd and SEFAM (Pvt.) Ltd. They are an established and
independent group of companies originally founded in 1972 in Lahore, Pakistan.

The Bareeze products have become a standard of refinement in clothing and


uniquely developed line of fabrics. The idea originally conceived and manufactured
as embroidered fabrics has successfully grown to incorporate various lines of
clothing, home furnishings, and other accessories; including, Minnie Minors,
Leisure Club, Chinyere (Formal Wear), Home Expressions.

They started from a small shop in the basement of shadman plaza Lahore and now
they have about 42 shops worldwide. 35 in Pakistan and 7 in other countries. They
started with women wear embroidered clothing. The main aim of the owner was to
produce quality cloth made purely in Pakistan.

According to the CEO of Bareeze (Pvt.) ltd, when they started this company there
was no one else producing quality product made purely in Pakistan. She started it.
The company has No competitors but there are many followers. Financial position
of the company is good. There sales are more than there production. This ratio is
increasing rapidly.

The company has its own production plant, which produces it cloth. To meet the
market demand they also have some vendors and other people which make it for
them and the company have a quality checking department which makes sure that
they are making up to the standards. They have talented and experienced designers
who are working day and night. They are putting there full effort. They design a lot
its constant innovation in cloth, material, design etc.

They do not believe in marketing it is the word of mouth helping them in there sales.
They believe that if your producing quality product people will come again and
again and also convince other people to buy it.

For Bareeze there target customers are women. Because its embroidery cloth for
women.

They have there own transportation system, which takes the product from place of
manufacturing to the company outlets. For export purpose, company depends on
different distribution companies.

They have a total of two thousand employees. They give no discount to there
employees on purchase of any kind of Bareeze product. They give paid holidays to

there employees. They have a healthcare policy. They increase the salary package if
an employee gets more education or degree of any kind. They recruit employees
within the organization if they don’t have any then they put it on different websites
and still if they don’t get proper response then they go for the newspaper.
The main aim of the company is to expand the business introduce more products
and expand the business internationally. It has so much scope and it’s yet to explore.

They want their brand to be well known through out the world. They want it to be
made purely in Pakistan equal to the best in the world.

Introduction:

We searched about Bareeze company private limited. In this project we had to fine
about the company, its different products, where it stands in the industry, what does
it do its financial position. What are its production capacity and its sales volume?
What are the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by the
company.

We also gathered information about its upcoming projects, the way it handle its
employees, the customer views about the company, its products and at the end we
mentioned the future aims and goals of the company.

Bareeze company private limited is a really good company. It is expanding day by


day. Their sales are touching the sky. Its popularity is increasing rapidly. They
started from a small shop in shadman Lahore Pakistan and now they are working
internationally.

Company is generating capital through its sales and profits. They are saving some of
it and the rest they are reinvesting back in the company for its progress. Bareeze has
its outlets almost in every major city of Pakistan including Lahore, Islamabad,
Karachi, Faislabad, Sialkot and Gujranwala. It is easy for the people to go and buy
the product easily. They have a wide market of there product. The company has no
competitors because when they started this business they were the first one to do so.
Now they have many followers. Who are trying to copy there designs and trying to
work as they are doing. Bareeze is like a mentor to many other new organizations.

For distribution inside Pakistan, the company has its own distribution channels but
as now they have gone international, they depend on few international distribution
companies.

The row material is made purely in Pakistan they have there own production plant
from where they produce their products. The market demand is so high that their
plant cannot full fill the requirement so they are taking the help of few vendors. The
company believe in quality so the quality checking department takes a look on the
stuff coming in. the discarded clothe and the stuff not meeting the quality or we may
say company standards are returned to the vendors.

They don’t believe in marketing the product through media, billboards etc. It is the
word of mouth helping them in there sales. They believe that if the product is good
in quality then the customer will come again and again and also convince other
people to buy it.

Therefore, the company has a really strong position in the industry. They are one of
the top women wear manufacturers present in Pakistan.

Financial position of the company is really strong. The company is getting great
response from the customers. People love to shop from Bareeze. They also have
seasonal sales in which they give discounts to their customers. Their outlets are
increasing swiftly and there sales are touching the sky’s.

To meet the required needs of its customers they are trying to increase there
production capability. They have huge profit margins. Therefore, the company is
doing extremely well financially.

Leisure Club manufactures high quality garments mainly for teen-agers and
youngsters. They deal with pants, trousers, shirts, kurtas etc. it is very popular
among the young generation.

Chinyere:

Its Bareeze collection of ready to wear clothes. They are ready-made clothes a
customer can go and buy them according to their size. It has wide selections offering
casual, eveningwear and bridals.

As Bareeze is the pioneer of all of them. There fore it is most popular among other
brands.

They limit access to personal information about us to employees who they believe
reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or
services to us or in order to do their jobs.

They have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal
regulations to protect personal information about the customers.

SWOT analysis:

The major strength of the company is its popularity, good will and good reputation
among its customers. In addition, the high financial position of the company is
important part of its strength.

The only weakness of the company is that it doesn’t have enough production
capacity to meet the demands of its customers. Therefore, they have depended on
other vendors with whom they have some conflicts on and off.

Another weakness we came to know through secret channels was that the
company’s Management information system is still not complete. It is giving the
company few problems but they are trying there level best to complete it in near
future.

The company has many opportunities right now in Pakistan. This business has so
much potential and it is yet to explore. They can expand their business in so many
different directions.

Sharjah, one in Abu Dhabi, one in London and one in Delhi.

When they opened there outlet in Dubai. It was the first Pakistani brand over there.

Bareeze is also selling its products in U.S.A through there website. A person can
place an order and it will be delivered to you through shipment.
