features to be very engaging and enjoy quizzing themselves on the topic. The ease of the software provides a simple
platform for teachers and students. Not only can teachers create the study cards, students can become the designer
and create study cards for themselves for themselves or for others.
Suggestions for Improvement: For a free version, the basic Quizlet activities are very good and easy to create.
More images within the free version would be nice. Luckily, you can import your own photos.

Description of how to implement in the class:
The class will read from their textbook aloud using the popcorn method. After weve finished reading the chapter on
elected officials, we will watch a video on the responsibilities of their elected officials. The students will be sure to take
notes on the video and will be given 10 minutes to review and consult with class mates about the roles of these
officials. The teacher will take the lead again and as a class we will build our flash cards together and the teacher will
assist with the items duties that may be missing. I will then put the cards into the game format and we will drill and
practice that way for 15 minutes.
