DESCRIPTION
This subject provides to the students the necessary theoretical and practical basis for
understanding the principles governing the formulation and evaluation of an investment
project, and sequential throughout the different stages of development both pre-feasibility
and feasibility, the structure of the content of this syllabus is intended to function as guidance
for the development of the draft chapters of the participants will make a real way during the
academic year, these concepts ranging from the identification of business idea to the
international economic and financial evaluation of the project completed, according to the
intention of the School will motivate participants to strive to develop products primarily for
projects related to Peruvian flag and those with high added value since it is intended that this
experience may mark a starting point as a professional entrepreneur.

Provides students the ability to identify business ideas with potential for economic development
and evaluate them in an organized basis.
IV. SUBJECT COMPETENCES
4.1.Aptitude competences:
Learn and interpret the theoretical basis for the formulation of investment projects.
Outline briefly the macro-structure of a project.
Implement and articulate the components of a project in a spreadsheet: Market
Research, Size, Location, Project Engineering, Management, Investment, Finance,
Budget, Financial, Project Evaluation, and Awareness.
Presentation at the Final Report of Project Formulation.
4.2.Investigation competences:
Ability to investigate alternatives for profitable and affordable business.
Support technological tools related to the course, as the software SPSS, Excel 2013
and MS Project.
Develop basic project management capacity.

VI. DIDACTIC TECHNIC


The teaching methodology seeks to raise interest in learning, with practical methods, case resolution
and dynamics.
The activities developed are related to the daily control of variables assigned to each student, practice
and applications every week, the students exposures, analysis, discussion and solution of cases and
exercises.
VII. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS
Use of multimedia, power point presentations, tutorials via the Internet.
Diverse software and forecasting techniques.
