Training ECM Greentech will give training to customer's personnel during the project in three different stages: Lo After or during the acceptance tests performed in ECM Greentech’s premises a training course will be given for the operators, process engineers and maintenance technicians of the customer. The certification process is carried out by entities like TUV, Certisolis, CENER, etc In order to go through the process of certification, It is required to prepare an application file and to produce module (between 20 to 30 units). As soon as the certification company receives the file and modules, it can take from 3 to 6 months to receive final approval. More specifically, ECM takes care of this first certification procedure for you. Our responsibilities include: + Module design engineering (1 reference) "Definition of the BOM (Bill Of Material) + Generic specifications of each item of the BOM, = Identification of recommended supplier for each item of the BOM (+ alternative supplier(s) for key items of the BOM) Support of our process engineer for manufacturing the modules which go for certification (8 days of work) ‘Use of key manufacturing equipment (tabber stringer, laminator, etc) © Manual operations (e.g. : Interconnection ribbon positioning, ~ junction box set up, etc.) * Compilation of the certification application file, ready to be sent to the certifying organism, = Success warranty for certification (guaranteed to go through at the first submission given that our design, manufacturing procedures and recommended materials/suppliers have been followed) Not included for the certification: ‘+ Foo charged by the certification body + Generally speaking, anything that is not explicitly mentioned in our offer Appendix 2: Services included Date 09-Mar-15 3015 wecm 4.2.- Raw material tor start up / certification ECM Greentech provides module raw materials (solar cells, glass, EVA, etc..) as per the
