29th January 2015 Dear Advantage Travel Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused to you in relation to the Superbow! tickets being unavailable for your client's trip. Unfortunately, the availability of the tickets was outside of my direct control, the supplier we had contracted with, and have done for the past 15 years, did not provide the tickets as we had agreed and paid for. We do however realise the impact that this has on your clients much anticipated trip. To confirm, we will be refunding the full cost of the trip as paid to Sports Travel Tours. as agreed verbally, in full and final settlement of the matter, and we will provide the money into your nominated bank account no later than Friday 6th February 2015. | appreciate that this situation is disappointing for your clients, and we understand that this was in no way the fault of Advantage Travel, however I hope that my offer goes some way to restoring your faith in Sports Travel Tours.
